Pasadena Racial History Tour: Learning Pasadena’s racial history gives us incredible insight into today’s struggles, particularly around housing and schools - for instance you’l learn why there are only 23 public schools but 63 private schools in Pasadena, how the location of the 210 freeway was chosen, and why the Eaton fires disproportionately impacted Black families.
